In the picture to the right, you’ve just walked thru the front door of the Windsor and are standing in the forward part of the formal living room. You can peer into the multifunctional den/bedroom on the left. This is the fourth potential bedroom as it contains a closet. At the same time, the closet was made deep enough to hide office filing cabinets for which it was used. A separate family bathroom/laundry room at the other end of the hall may be used as a guest bathroom or form the basis of a two bedroom main house while renting the two other living areas.
The door to the far left is the coat closet and the hallway in which it is located leads to the master bedroom towards the back of the house. This is a Florida home and features masonary block construction. The ceiling height is 9’4″ and gives the home a very open and spacious appearance.
In the picture to the right, notice the front door on the left. Now we are looking at the formal dining room. The hall on the right takes you to the kitchen and back area of the home that holds the family room and “Smart Home” section adjacent to it. At the immediate end of the hall, on the right you have the staircase which takes you to the second floor studio (a second rentable section) and the door to the left takes you to the 3 car garage. The second floor studio is great for family and guests visiting you, which happens quite often living in Florida.
In the picture to the the right, you are now looking into the family room behind the kitchen. Note the door to the left. This takes you into the two bedroom primary “Smart Home” section adjacent to the family room on the right. Note that in this picture, behind the kitchen countertop bar area, is a breakfast nook.
Pictured on the right is a view to the two “Smart Home” rooms (or bedrooms if used as a standard 3/4 bedroom house) and the 4th full bathroom of the whole house for this section. The furthest room from this picture on the left has a french door leading to a small patio area for the users of this “Smart Home”. This picture was taken from the kitchenette featured above and shows you the wall refrigerator at the lower left hand side of the pic.
Let’s take a tour our premier “Smart Home” model, the Windsor. It embodies the totality of what a “Smart Home” can do. Although it is one of our largest homes, clocking in at 3,350 sq. ft. of air conditioned space, it does feature a total of three separate living areas. With a house such as this, you can use the full 3 to 4 bedrooms all located on the first floor as your family dwelling, leaving the upstairs studio apartment available for your “Smart Home” needs.

The pic on the left shows the living room which you would see almost immediately as you entered the front door. Moreover, you can also get a glimpse of the lanai toward the back of the house and abuts the back of the property.
On the left, you are now looking at the upstairs studio. The studio contains a small kitchenette as well as a second full bathroom for full functionality. A room such as this would be especially good for a single or married couple. In today’s market such a arrangement would easily obtain $850/mo if not higher. In the lower section of this page are other pics that show more details of this room including the kitchenette and bathroom.
In the picture on the left, you are now looking into the “Smart Home” secondary kitchenette. What makes this so versatile is that it can also serve as a backup kitchen to the main floor kitchen with an additional microwave, wall fridge and additional 24″ full service electric range, especially useful with large gatherings. Nonetheless, it is fully functional for “Smart Home” use and has excellent cabinet space as well.
